  1. The post-translational modifications such as deamidation, racemization, stereoinversion, isomerization, truncation, phosphorylation, oxidation in proteins and age-related diseases.
  2. Mechanisms of spontaneous racemization and isomerization of amino acids in proteins during aging.
  3. The relationship between racemization/isomerization in proteins and abnormal aggregation of proteins.
  4. Analysis of the optical isomers of amino acids.
